Nestled just west of Sand Springs on 13 acres of serene landscape, GreenerGrounds, LLC is a family-run operation managed by a dedicated team of four. The farm itself is a one-of-a-kind, 28,000-square-foot greenhouse designed and built by owner Viktor Schulz. What began as a small backyard greenhouse has been reimagined and reengineered into a thriving, large-scale system focused on sustainable, year-round food production.

Inside the greenhouse, a modern aquaponic system nourishes vibrant lettuce with nutrient-rich water, while rows of rich, crimson tomatoes flourish in an eco-friendly hydroponic system. This innovative design allows GreenerGrounds to grow a variety of produce, including beefsteak and heirloom cherry tomatoes, as well as fresh green and red lettuce harvested weekly.

We are an Aquaponic/Hydroponic operated greenhouse.
Lettuce is growing on Aquaponic water only, we don't use any synthetic pesticides/herbicides on our plants, otherwise our fishes will die!
Tomatoes are growing on hydroponic, we use Aquaponic water plus organic fertilizer, because only Aquaponic water is not enough nutrients to grow tomatoes, they need more nutrients for the fruits.
We don't have the organic certification, but we are USDA certified and considered Naturally/ locally growing greenhouse.
